We understand that a smile is used much more than in photographs; a smile is a universal sign for happiness, and if your smile is radiant and toothy, people really do notice! We are also aware that not everyone loves their smile, which is why our office works very hard to provide solutions to any and all esthetic concerns patients may have.

Luckily modern dentistry offers far more options than what conventional dentistry provided in the past. We now have ways to correct deficiencies in smiles with simple and fast procedures. From replacing missing teeth with dental implants to swift and painless root canals, we can make your teeth clean, straight, and beautiful once again! 

Examples of Services We Provide:

• CEREC Crowns - Here at our office, we provide the service of same-day chairside crowns. With a CEREC scanner and printer in-house, our doctors can prepare and deliver your crown in only one office visit.
• Teeth Whitening - Teeth whitening is a very popular, non-invasive procedure many people are having done in the modern world. White teeth have subconsciously come to symbolize a higher socioeconomic status as well as a higher perceived interest in personal hygiene. We use personalized, take-home bleaching gels and trays since these are the truest and safest way to remove stains and lighten the natural shade of your enamel without unnecessary LED lights (which do not promote bleach or color change, unlike many popular media outlets have started to promote!).​
• CBCT - Our office provides 3 dimensional scans of your mouth when a 2 dimensional x-ray doesn't provide us with enough information. This service is becoming a gold standard in radiology for performing procedures such as root canals and placing implants. 
• Night Guards - Drs. Tigani may recommend wearing an occlusal guard to protect your teeth at night if they see signs of bruxism, which means clenching or grinding your teeth when you sleep. It is crucial to protect your enamel, the outer layer of your tooth, because once it is worn away, it cannot grow back. A guard will help preserve tooth structure and potentially reposition your jaw depending on the cause of the issue.
• Root Canals - A root canal removes the nerve and living center of a tooth while preserving the hard mineralized outer structure of the tooth to continue to use for function and esthetics. Root canals are often needed if a crack or cavity insults the nerve, which can cause tooth pain. Technology has advanced tremendously in the last decade to make this procedure quicker and painless; Drs. Tigani can complete a root canal in one visit for most teeth.​
• ​Cosmetic Dentistry - Services include whitening, dental implants, veneers, crowns, oral surgery, tooth colored fillings, and even a new set of dentures. All of these procedures require a very meticulous hand and are all specialties of our practice.
